Take cable car to Golden Peak (金顶)
Golden Peak is the highest point of Wudang Mountain and the spiritual and pilgrimage core of the entire mountain range. Be sure to see the Golden Palace at the summit. This golden hall, which is about 5.5 meters high and weighs over 80 tons, was transported from the imperial capital of Beijing over 600 years ago. On a clear day, the Golden Hall can reflect a dazzling light, making for a spectacular sight. Standing here, you can overlook Wudang Mountain's 72 peaks and 36 cliffs, capturing the magnificent feeling of being "on top of the world"!
Qiongtai Scenic Area (琼台景区)
Qiongtai Scenic Area is the gateway to the highest and most sacred parts of Wudang Mountain. Enjoy a breathtaking cable car journey above forests and valleys before continuing to the Golden Peak, where stunning panoramic views and the legendary Golden Hall await.
