Then stroll Zhongshan Road, a Southern Arcade-style commercial street and old brand gathering place, with local treats like Huangzehe Peanut Soup.

Zhongshan Road

In the evening, stroll along the lively Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street, one of Xiamen's oldest shopping districts filled with local snacks, boutique shops, and colonial architecture.

Transfer to Mount Wuyi National Park

Travel by coach to the magnificent Mount Wuyi National Park, one of China's most celebrated UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

Tianyou Peak, Yunwo, Shaibu Rock

Explore Wuyi Mountain's number one scenic spot: Tianyou Peak (408.8m), featuring the 'heavenly ladder' steep stairs on the cliff. Visit Yunwo (Cloud Nest) known for morning mist and Zhu Xi's teaching site, and Shaibu Rock with its unique Danxia 'cloth drying' pattern. Enjoy panoramic views of Jiuqu Stream.

Impression Dahongpao Show (印象大红袍)

Watch the large-scale outdoor live performance directed by Zhang Yimou, set against Dawang Peak and Jiuqu Stream with rotating audience seats. The show portrays Wuyi tea history and Dahongpao legends with stunning light effects.

Yixiantian (One Line Sky)

Visit the 'Tiger Roaring Sky' Yixiantian, a massive rock fissure about 178m long and only 30cm wide at its narrowest. Squeeze through the slot and emerge to a sudden open view.

Wuyi Palace

Following the bamboo rafting experience, visit the historic Wuyi Palace, one of the oldest Taoist temples in Mount Wuyi. Originally built during the Tang Dynasty (618–907 AD), Wuyi Palace has served as an important centre for Taoist worship, cultural exchange, and scholarly learning for more than a thousand years. The palace complex features the historic Three Purities Hall, the Spring and Autumn Pavilion, and an ancient osmanthus tree believed to date back to the Song Dynasty.

Song Street

Conclude your visit with a leisurely stroll along Song Street, a charming pedestrian street designed in the architectural style of the Song Dynasty. Stretching approximately 300 metres, the street is lined with traditional tea houses, souvenir shops, handicraft stores, and cafés. Visitors can browse a wide selection of authentic Wuyi Rock Tea (Da Hong Pao), bamboo handicrafts, local specialties, and cultural souvenirs while experiencing the atmosphere of an ancient Chinese market town.

Dajin Lake Scenic Area (一线天景区)

Explore the breathtaking Danxia One-Line Sky Scenic Area, one of Taining's most famous geological wonders. Over millions of years, natural erosion has carved a remarkably narrow canyon between towering red sandstone cliffs, creating a dramatic passage where only a thin strip of blue sky is visible overhead—hence the name "One-Line Sky."
